Valenciagency
Real estate website for the Valencia market, multilingual, expat-focused.
Context
The Client
Valenciagency represents the kind of real estate business growing fast in Valencia, Spain: selling to a local market and an increasingly large wave of international, English-speaking buyers and relocators.
Challenge
The Problem
Most real estate sites serving Valencia are built Spanish-first, with translation bolted on afterward, if at all. For an expat buyer trying to understand a foreign legal process in a foreign language, that gap is where deals quietly die.
How we worked
The Approach
Multilingual by architecture, not by plugin
English and Spanish were designed as equal first-class experiences from the sitemap up, not a translated afterthought.
Listings-first layout
fast-loading, image-heavy property pages built around how a relocating buyer actually browses: photos first, details close behind.
Expat-specific trust content
relocation guidance and plain-language legal-process explainers, addressing the exact anxieties a foreign buyer has that a local buyer never would.
Outcome
The Result
A Concept Build demonstrating what a market-specific real estate presence looks like when it's designed for the buyer who's actually searching, ready to adapt to a live listings feed the moment a real agency wants it.
