Context

The Client

Paradigma is a Portuguese hospitality group that develops and manages restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food concepts across Lisbon and beyond. Since 2021, the company has focused on creating memorable dining experiences while growing multiple brands under one umbrella. Its website serves as the central destination for showcasing venues, sharing company news, attracting talent, and strengthening brand identity.

Challenge

The Problem

A hospitality group managing multiple brands needs more than an attractive website, it needs a platform that communicates a premium brand while making it effortless for visitors to explore venues, book reservations, discover company updates, and connect with the business. The digital experience had to present multiple restaurant brands under one cohesive identity, reflect the group’s premium nature, deliver fast performance across all devices, encourage reservations and venue discovery, support recruitment, and scale as new concepts launch.

How we worked

The Approach

  • Luxury-first visual experience

the interface lets large photography, elegant typography, and generous spacing tell the story, recreating on screen the same premium feeling customers get inside the restaurants. In hospitality, the website is the first course.

  • Multi-brand architecture

every venue keeps its own personality while remaining unmistakably part of the larger Paradigma ecosystem, a structure that makes navigation intuitive for visitors moving between dining concepts, and that prevents the common multi-brand failure where the group identity dissolves into its parts.

  • Mobile-first build

most hospitality customers discover restaurants on their phones, often minutes before deciding where to eat. Every section is optimized for small screens first, so browsing, booking, and venue discovery stay effortless at the exact moment of decision.

  • Conversion-focused journeys

booking, ordering, venue exploration, careers, and contact actions are positioned where momentum naturally peaks, reducing friction between "this looks wonderful" and a confirmed reservation.

  • Scalable content management

the platform supports ongoing expansion: new restaurants, press recognition, highlights, and career openings can all be published without disturbing the overall experience, essential for a group whose brand portfolio is still growing.

Outcome

The Result

The finished website positions Paradigma as a premium hospitality brand through an immersive digital experience that mirrors the quality of its restaurants. Visitors seamlessly discover venues, make reservations, explore company news, and meet the team within one cohesive, elegant interface. This is a showcase case study based on Paradigma's publicly available website, presenting the design and development thinking reflected in the live product, not a Vavinix client engagement.
