What we collect when you visit or work with us, and how you stay in control of it.

1. Who We Are

Vavinix Ltd ("Vavinix", "we", "us") is a web design and branding agency operating vavinix.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it. We serve clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Spain, and elsewhere, and aim to meet UK/EU GDPR and US privacy standards for everyone who visits.

2. Data We Collect

Directly from you: name, email, phone number, and any details you share through our contact form, a booking call, or over the course of a project.

Automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and general usage patterns, collected through analytics and performance tools.

3. How We Use It

  • To respond to enquiries and manage bookings.
  • To deliver, invoice, and support projects you've engaged us for.
  • To improve the site's performance and content.
  • To send occasional updates, only if you've opted in, you can unsubscribe anytime.

We don't sell your personal data, to anyone, ever.

4. Third-Party Services

Running the site and business means a few trusted tools handle data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms, processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
  • Cal.com, powers call bookings and stores the details you enter there.
  • Vercel, hosts the site and provides anonymized performance analytics.
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies, we only share what's needed for them to do their job.

5. Cookies

The site uses minimal cookies and local storage, mainly to remember your theme preference and to keep the contact form working offline. We don't run third-party ad-tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and project data for as long as needed to deliver services, meet legal or tax obligations, and resolve any disputes, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. UK and Spain-based visitors have these rights under GDPR; US-based visitors may have similar rights under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. To exercise any of these, email support@vavinix.com, we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our services aren't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, check back occasionally.
